Every year, the Nando’s Global Grocery Team gets together to celebrate the year’s successes and identify new opportunities. In 2017, people came to Namibia from all grocery disciplines and markets for a 4-day gathering of interactive compass sessions, presentations from the senior leadership team and a ‘celebration’ evening.
We developed a stunning and versatile look and feel, unique to Umbuthano, true to the brand compass and applied across a number of assets.
We took inspiration from Namibia, combining colours, textures and shapes of the landscape, people and place. We even sent a photographer to the venue to capture each tiny detail we needed.
